Aceasta consta in faptul ca are coastele foarte scurte si toracele foarte mic ,de aceea plamanii si inima nu se pot dezvolta normal si de aici riscul permanent de moarte prin insuficienta respiratorie.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;In mai 2008 s-a intervenit chirurgical pe partea stanga a toracelui unde i s-a pus un implant din titan si s-a facut cu o trusa speciala care circula periodic prin spitalele cele mai mari din Europa,la noi ajungand de 2 ori pe an.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aceasta operatie a fost o premiera in Romania, la spitalul "Marie Curie", cu prof.dr.Burnei Gheorghe.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dupa operatie,dl doctor ne-a spus ca la urmatoarea venire a trusei in tara,adica in noiembrie 2008, trebuie neaparat operata si pe partea dreapta,pentru ca altfel se va deforma coloana vertebrala, toracele nemaifiind simetric.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;In noiembrie, pentru ca Ministerul Sanatatii nu a mai avut fonduri pentru implant ,dl doctor ne-a amanat pentru luna aprilie a acestui an,cand vine din nou trusa chirurgicala .&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Pentru ca se apropie termenul am vorbit de curand cu dl doctor si ne-a spus ca anul acesta nu e nici o sansa sa mai obtinem implantul prin fonduri de la ministerul sanatatii,dar sa apelam cu incredere la o fundatie umanitara.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bancile nu ne imprumuta cu mai mult de 9000 euro, noi avand salarii foarte mici (eu 1200 ron, iar sotul 1100 ron bani care raman in mana).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Suma necesara pentru implantul fetitei noastre este de 30000 euro; acesta trebuie cumparat de la o firma specializata din Romania care colaboreaza cu spitalul.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Operatia se face in Romania la spitalul "Marie Curie" Noi ne punem toate sperantele intr-un ajutor din partea dumneavoastra si va multumim ca ati citit scrisoarea noastra.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Va putem pune la dispozitie toate actele pe care ni le cereti. In primul rand, dieta ta trebuie sa urmeze modelul piramidal de alimentatie.&lt;br /&gt;Acesta are la baza carbohidratii, in centru - fructele si legumele, iar spre varf - proteinele, produsele lactate si mici cantitati de grasimi.&lt;br /&gt;Apoi, trebuie sa mananci cat mai variat. Sunt o sursa de energie eliberata treptat, asa ca nu te vei simti obosita.&lt;br /&gt;Recomandare: o banana pe zi (impreuna cu alimente bogate in fibre, pentru a evita constipatia).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Carne rosie (sau fasole, mazare, caise uscate)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ce contine: fier&lt;br /&gt;Bun pentru: dezvoltarea generala a organismului, a structurii osoase si a dintilor. Dar pentru copilul pe care il port?" Asemenea intrebari sunt normale. Si, dupa cum arata tabelul urmator, pe deplin justificate.&lt;br /&gt;Exista o lista lunga de alimente care sunt inofensive pentru tine in orice alt moment al vietii tale, dar care iti pot face serioase probleme acum.&lt;br /&gt;Si altele, precum carnea cruda sau preparata insuficient, de care e bine sa te feresti nu numai in timpul sarcinii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legume crude. Prudenta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca provin din gradini, solul poate contine oua si larve de paraziti raspandite de caini si pisici, inclusiv toxoplasmoza. Le speli foarte bine cu apa calda si buretele, de mai multe ori.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fructe proaspete. Prudenta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acelasi risc de a te imbolnavi de toxoplasmoza. Igiena este foarte importanta. Nu manca niciodata fructe nespalate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Peste oceanic. Prudenta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anumiti pesti oceanici (peste-spada, rechin, calcan, hering, ton) pot fi contaminati cu mercur, din cauza poluarii. Consuma cu moderatie. De doua ori pe saptamana, poti manca ton conservat, in suc propriu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ficat. Moderatie&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ficatul este o sursa bogata in vitamina A, iar excesul, mai ales in primul trimestru de sarcina, poate determina malformatii ale fatului. Consuma ficat o data pe saptamana, bine preparat (nu in sange!).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Icre, sushi. Interzis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pestele crud se poate strica rapid, mai ales vara. La fel si icrele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Oua fierte moi. Interzis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Risc mare de salmoneloza. Consuma numai oua fierte tari (7 minute de fierbere). Spala bine cu apa clocotita vesela venita in contact cu oul crud.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Maioneza. Interzis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Risc mare de salmoneloza. Prepara maioneza din galbenus de ou fiert sau foloseste maioneza din comert (este pasteurizata).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lapte nefiert. Interzis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pe langa riscul mare de toxoplasmoza, mai exista unul, deloc de neglijat: te poti imbolnavi de TBC ganglionar. Fierbe bine laptele sau consuma lapte si produse din lapte pasteurizat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fripturi in sange. Interzis&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Risc de toxoplasmoza, salmoneloza sau infectii cu bacteria E.coli. Manevreaza carnea cruda cu grija, spala toata vesela folosita cu apa clocotita si gateste bine carnea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mici. Prudenta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cum micii sunt adesea numai pe jumatate facuti, au aceleasi riscuri ca si carnea cruda. In plus, carnea de mici se altereaza rapid. Daca poftesti, cumpara carne din supermarket si pregateste-i tu, acasa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sare. Moderatie&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Iti suprasoliciti rinichii si accentuezi retentia de lichide. Obisnuieste-te sa dai gust mancarurilor cu plante aromatice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dulciuri concentrate. Moderatie&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poftesti si esti tentata de fiecare cofetarie iesita in cale. Nu uita ca poti face o forma usoara de diabet de sarcina. Mananca mai multe fructe proaspete sau uscate si consuma dulciuri o singura data pe zi, in limita a doua tablete de ciocolata cu lapte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Alune. Prudenta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exista suspiciunea ca una dintre cauzele cresterii numarului de persoane alergice este faptul ca femeia gravida consuma alune si sensibilizeaza astfel fatul. Poti manca in relativa siguranta nuci sau migdale.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cafea, ceai negru sau verde. Moderatie&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In cantitate mare, cofeina este considerata responsabila pentru pierderile de sarcina. Limiteaza-te la doua cesti slabe pe zi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bauturi tip "diet" sau "light". Prudenta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inca nu s-a stabilit efectul indulcitorilor asupra sarcinii si dezvoltarii fatului. O varianta mai potrivita: sucurile "naturale" din comert, diluate. Iata cateva alimente care nu trebuie sa lipseasca din meniul gravidei:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Paine neagra sau integrala&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Contine fibre si carbohidrati de calitate care-ti vor asigura energia de care ai nevoie. Exista paine sau cereale integrale imbogatite cu fier, calciu si acid folic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pastele fainoase si orezul brun&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Contin fibre si carbohidrati de calitate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fructele&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fie ca sunt proaspete, conservate sau uscate: stafide, caise, prune contin fibre si multe vitamine (inclusiv vitamina C), minerale si&lt;br /&gt;antioxidanti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Produsele lactate&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Branza, laptele, iaurtul contin mult calciu, proteine si unele vitamine. Pot contine insa multe lipide, de aceea ar fi bine sa cumperi variantele degresate sau partial degresate. Evita branzeturile moi, din lapte nepasteurizat si laptele nefiert sau nepasteurizat, intrucat pot transmite listerioza si toxoplasmoza.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legumele si vegetalele cu frunze verzi&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunt bogate in vitamina C, fibre si acid folic. Un pahar de suc natural sau o cana de ceai dimineata te va rehidrata si te va ajuta sa asimilezi mai bine vitaminele si mineralele din alimente. cele mai sanatoase.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De exemplu, carnea de pasare si pestele sunt de preferat carnii rosii, care contine mai multe grasimi saturate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alegeti uleiurile obtinute prin presare la rece, bogate in grasimi mono si poli-nesaturate cu efect benefic in loc de unt sau alte grasimi solide care contin grasimi saturate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alegeti lactate cu continut mic de grasimi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alegeti fructele si legumele obtinute fara folosirea pesticidelor, antibioticelor sau a hormonilor de crestere.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Consumati cereale integrale, fructe si legume proaspete.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pastrati valoarea nutritionala a alimentelor proaspete preparandu-le chiar inainte de servire. In cazul fructelor si legumelor organice ar trebui, in general, sa curatati cat mai putin din coaja.&lt;br /&gt;Dar atunci cand consumati produse non-organice, urmele de insecticide, fungicide sau erbicide se afla, cal mai probabil, in coaja si in frunze. Spalati-le indelungat si cu atentie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fructele si legumele fierbeti-le foarte putin, pentru a le pastra continutul de vitamine si minerale. Nu demult, se credea ca evitarea anumitor alimente, cum ar fi grasimile, asigura o dieta sanatoasa.
